Wingman Support
Wingman turns visible Luma guest lists into a coverage-aware room map.
What Wingman Does
Wingman scans the visible guest list on a supported Luma event page after you manually start a scan. It organizes each attendee's public-professional context and generates a coverage-aware room map — showing who is attending, their role context, and how your current coverage maps across the room.
How to Use Wingman
- Open a supported Luma event page in Chrome and make sure the guest list is visible.
- Open the Wingman side panel — click the Wingman icon in the Chrome extensions toolbar. If you don't see it, click the puzzle-piece icon to the right of the address bar and pin Wingman.
- Press Start Scan in the side panel to begin.
- Review the room-map insights once the scan completes. Attendees are organized by coverage context.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm you're on a supported page. Wingman only works on Luma event pages that display a visible guest list. Other pages will not trigger a scan.
- Refresh the page and reopen the side panel. If the panel looks stuck or blank, close it, reload the Luma page, then reopen Wingman.
- Confirm the extension is enabled. Go to
chrome://extensions, find Wingman, and make sure the toggle is on. - Retry the scan. If the page content changed or loaded slowly, start a new scan from the side panel.
- Still stuck? Email us at the address below and describe what happened — we'll help.
Privacy
Wingman only collects information visible on supported Luma pages, and only when you manually start a scan. Read the full Wingman Privacy Policy for details on what is collected, how it is used, and how you can stop collection at any time.
